The Opportunity

We're working with a well-established, fast-growing support services organisation to appoint a Business Development Director for a key region/vertical.

This is a senior commercial role with full responsibility for new business growth, key account retention, and strategic pipeline development, reporting directly into a Regional/Vertical Managing Director.

You will take ownership of growth across your region/sector, with a remit that includes:

• Driving new business acquisition, focusing on high-value strategic opportunities
• Leading bid strategy and commercial negotiations
• Owning major contract renewals, ensuring strong retention and client development
