Job Description
- Define and lead the investment road-map in alignment with the company's short-, mid-, and long-term growth strategies,
- Manage end-to-end business development and investment processes, from opportunity identification to execution,
- Identify new project opportunities aligned with corporate objectives and present investment proposals to the Board of Directors,
- Coordinate land development activities, joint venture structures, and strategic partnership opportunities within investment projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Economics, or a related discipline,
- MBA or other postgraduate education is strongly preferred,
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, including international investment experience,
