Role Description

The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with project partners, SMEs, and system integrators.

Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.

The Business Development Associate develop business, follow up on inquiries, manage a sales pipeline, and support the execution of marketing and outreach activities to expand ALMA’s customer base. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to management to refine business strategies.
