Job Description

Responsibilities
:Translate GM priorities into clear plans, timelines, and accountabilities, and drive them through to completion
Act as first-pass triage for incoming correspondence and requests, identifying what requires GM decision versus delegation
Lead GM-sponsored projects end to end, including scoping, coordination across functions and regions, and delivery
Identify operational issues impacting cost, productivity, or service and intervene directly to resolve them
Produce high-quality executive outputs including board papers, briefing documents, and ELT slide decks
Coordinate data and information requests across the business for industry forums, annual assessments, and board reporting
Support the design and structure of divisional leadership forums, including agendas, pre-reads, and action follow-up
