Overview

One of our clients within Oil and Gas is looking to onboard a Business Readiness Coordinator to help with a major standing program that will organize, track, and advance cross-functional readiness activities. This program involves a major ERP modernization, managing the gap between the new system’s capabilities and the organization’s current processes, culture, and readiness for change.

Responsibilities

  • Align stakeholder expectations and ensure process owners understand upcoming impacts.
  • Drive consistent adoption across diverse business units.
  • Support the organization’s readiness activities related to the ERP modernization and related cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in a coordination, junior business analyst, PMO support, or readiness-related role.
