**Summary:**
The Cost Operations Manager is a critical individual contributor within DEC Business Controls, responsible for co-leading the A/EOR Controls program with demonstrated experience in financial governance, risk management, and operational accountability across all Design and Engineering engagements. By driving consistent controls over commitments, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reporting, this role safeguards the integrity of project financials end-to-end—helping DEC deliver capital programs predictably, efficiently, and compliantly.This person will be a critical partner for the Design and Engineering Team. Leadership, communication, and organization skills are important in this highly collaborative, analytical, and strategic role.
