Business Capability Lead – Supplier Collaboration (BCL)
Location: Sant Cugat, Spain.

Reporting to: Sourcing Lead, Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE).
The BCL leads the strategic design, implementation and continuous improvement of the supplier collaboration capability across the global Demand‑to‑Pay landscape.
- Develop and execute the DOP roadmap for iCollab and related solutions in alignment with functional partners (DIA Global Supply Chain, RSS Demand to Pay, etc.).
- Identify and implement process automation and digitalisation opportunities in collaboration with Delivery, Category, Digital & Process Management, and RSS Demand to Pay.
- Act as subject‑matter expert; analyse complex process, system and data issues and design solutions that resolve performance or rule concerns.
