This role will primarily handle the below-mentioned job responsibilities.
MS Business Analytics: Exploring business intelligence tools and developing quick reference Dashboards and reports on MS business (Operational) with reference data of previous years
Ensuring Quality and performance of operations through continuous monitoring and reporting - KPIs and SLAs. Volume Forecasting, for effective resource utilization and time management. Enhanced Customer experience – interactions with Internal & External customers. Create and manage technical tickets (JIRAs) to drive completion of technical changes. Manage test and production environments for critical tools like workflow, CRM, ERP, etc. Troubleshooting system and process as needed. Analyzes trends in Key Performance Indicators.
