As a Business Analytics Lead within the Metrics and Insights IT Group, you will work at PNC's Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Birmingham, Alabama IT Hub.
As a Business Analytics Lead for Metrics and Insights, you will own the IT Performance Management Technology Program, which includes governance and oversight of the program as well as ownership and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In addition, the team manages reporting for Technology Objectives and Key Results (OKR's).
