Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / QA Analyst to support business and technology initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, managing Agile project artifacts, and ensuring quality solution delivery.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
+ 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
+ Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools
+ Experience creating Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
+ Strong understanding of BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities
+ Experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes
+ Experience developing product roadmaps
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
+ Proficiency with business analysis tools and documentation techniques
