Business Analyst (Retail)

The Business Analyst will work as a key liaison with business to gather, analyze, and document business requirements of numerous business systems. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Project Team to ensure project deadlines are met. Previous experience as a business analyst is required. The ideal candidate will join the Digital Experience team, supporting both business‑as‑usual (BAU) and innovative projects throughout the organization to enhance efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Functions

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observations.
• Develop comprehensive use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria that accurately capture business needs and guide development efforts.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well‑defined and aligned with business goals.
