Business Analyst Quality Assurance

Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting software quality assurance activities, business analysis, system documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will work closely with developers, QA specialists, and business users to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Office Location: Makati City
• Work Hours: 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

• Execute software test cases, including Smoke, Functional, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved before deployment.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Release Notes.
• Create and maintain test cases and testing documentation.
