Key Responsibilities
System Analysis & Support
Analyze and document HR business processes and system workflows. Evaluate and improve business/system processes using industry methodologies. Support and optimize SAP ECC/SCEIS modules. Perform gap analysis (current vs. future state). Assist with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities. Maintain system protocols and update procedures.
