Responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting cross-functional business processes to drive automation and efficiency through RPA solutions
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for RPA projects
- Document and design detailed documentation of business processes for RPA, mapping end-to-end as‑is and to‑be workflows and identifying opportunities for automation
- Work closely with RPA developers to ensure the effective translation of business requirements into functional RPA solutions, overseeing the implementation process and addressing any roadblocks
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of RPA bots to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements, performing in‑depth assessments before sending them for user acceptance testing (UAT)
