Business Analyst, Partner Relationship Management

Job Overview

Position within the PRM and Sales Process team focused on Partner Relationship Management. Works with Market Access, sales regional teams, and cross‑functional partners to improve processes and govern PRM adoption.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document end‑to‑end business processes, including as‑is and to‑be workflows, and create supporting training documentation.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to define clear, measurable process outcomes (KPIs/SLAs), controls, and handoffs.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and IT partners to elicit requirements, validate processes, identify pain points, and agree on scope.
• Lead business analysis activities and create Agile artifacts to deliver relevant user stories for IT (e.g., requirements, process maps, cross‑team coordination).
