Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for cloud migration and modernization of banking and payment platforms. Analyze current-state processes, identify pain points, and define to-be workflows leveraging cloud-native capabilities. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for cloud-based solutions. Process Mapping & Solution Design Create detailed process flows, business models, and user stories for payment and banking operations. Support the design of integration points between legacy systems and new cloud platforms, ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption.
