- Conduct in-depth analysis to elicit, model, and document comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements for Core Banking Systems (CBS), digital channels, and enterprise ICT solutions.
- Translate complex regulatory, operational, and business requirements into clear system specifications, user stories, process workflows, and data mapping documents.
- Champion traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables align with original business objectives and compliance needs.
- Collaborate intensively with ICT teams, solution architects, and external vendors to design and deliver solutions that are both technically sound and business optimal.
