Business Analysis & Product Ownership
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner within banking environments.
- Strong experience managing deliverables from requirements gathering through to testing phases.
Extensive experience documenting:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specifications
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flows and Visual Models
- Deep understanding of business and technology transformation projects.
- Experience identifying, documenting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes and user journeys.
API & Testing Experience
- Strong functional experience working with APIs.
- Experience writing and executing API test cases.
- Knowledge of API testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience supporting integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
