Business Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Work closely with the product team to translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Create business process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, and system documentation.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support solution design by evaluating business needs and recommending practical, scalable solutions.
• Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities in Agile teams.
