Business Analyst — In Vitro Strategic

You will define and quantify the strategic benefits of the In Vitro digital transformation programme, covering laboratory workflow improvements across drug discovery and R&D operations. The role combines commercial reasoning, programme governance, and sufficient scientific understanding to make benefit claims credible — translating laboratory workflow improvements into investment-ready business cases that senior stakeholders can act on.

Responsibilities:

• Define benefit hypotheses for the digital transformation of laboratory workflows
• Develop KPIs and baselines covering experiment lead time, laboratory throughput, resource capacity, manual handling, data-processing time, data quality, traceability, data reuse, and probability of success
• Define benefit-measurement methods, data sources, and benefit owners
