Preparation of User stories, test strategies, test cases. Carrying out testing for the solutions and resolution of issues. Thorough analysis for system production issues faced and provide effective solutions Working with internal customers to resolve the issues, enhance the current system to reduce the manual intervention. User training on system enhancements. Prepare BRDs, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems Business understanding and Implementation experience of banking product s is a must.
