Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse client business models, revenue structures, commission arrangements, and reporting requirements
- Gather, interpret, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data from multiple sources
- Configure client-specific business rules and system settings
- Assist clients in transitioning from spreadsheet-based processes to a structured software platform
- Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes of issues
- Validate data integrity and ensure accurate revenue allocation and reporting
- Manage multiple client onboarding and implementation projects simultaneously
- Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process
- Document business requirements and implementation decisions
