Business Analyst, Commercial Solutions (Vancouver)

What You’ll Do

As our new Business Analyst, Commercial Solutions, you will play a key role in enabling our commercial Salesforce ecosystem, driving adoption and integration across Sales Cloud, B2B, OMS, and Commerce7 while bridging the gap between sales goals and technical B2C, B2B, and CRM solutions.

Additional key responsibilities include:

• Drive the end-to-end requirement and product lifecycle by managing functional intake, eliciting stakeholder requirements, and accurately documenting appropriate flows and diagrams.
• Design effective solutions based on business needs and guide technical teams through an explicit and seamless transition of functional requirements.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment, business value framing, and clear communication of complex business requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
• Write and refine user stories, triage and support reported issues and bugs.
