Shift timings:  8.00am to 5.00pm OR 12.00pm to 9.00pm IST 
Work mode:  Hybrid - 3 Days office 
Job Description:  
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:  
Experience - 9 to 12years  
Collaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements. 
Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment. 
Stakeholder Management: 
Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and global NG program teams. 
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for stakeholders across Asia. 
Documentation & Process Mapping: 
Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases. 
Develop process flow diagrams and ensure alignment with eLIMS-NG standards.
