Position Summary
The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for leading the business analytics function across warehousing, logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations. This role serves as a strategic business partner to operations and leadership teams by providing data‑driven insights, financial analysis, project management, and decision support to improve service levels, optimize costs, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead a team of Business Analysts (BA) and Data Analysts (DA), establish robust business analysis frameworks, manage multiple strategic initiatives, and ensure analytical outputs are translated into actionable business results.
