Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our care home. This varied role combines administration, customer service, HR, finance and compliance, ensuring the home operates efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for residents, families, visitors and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and professionals.

* Manage reception, enquiries and visitor records while maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

* Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, letters, meeting minutes and maintaining compliance trackers.

* Support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payroll preparation and employee record management using Planday.
