Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises hourly production employeesEnsures safety and health policies are followedComplies with environmental programs, guidelines and policiesProvides training to the hourly workforceFosters positive teamworkResponsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to reach production targetsProvides input to process improvementsMay participate in project or planning activities that go beyond day-to-day supervision of the team
