Job Description

OVERVIEW
The Bulk Manager is responsible to establish/maintain a high-quality workforce with a focus on Bulk and Finshing operations. This position requires a high level of technical support and leadership in order to direct, facilitate, and coordinate the performance, development, and improvement of the overall operation. 
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs teams of specialized employees ensuring good manufacturing practices and safe operating procedures.

Achieves standard production volume, quality standards, and regulatory compliance through the supervision of personnel.

Develops leadership and operating personnel to ensure optimum use of labor force assigned to each shift. Evaluates the performance of subordinates.

Strategically identifies improvement opportunities to drive overall operations. 

Identifies and coordinates non-routine maintenance activities.
