The Built-In Quality (BIQ) Digitization Leader will play a pivotal role in accelerating the Schenectady Factory's transition to Target Condition 2 (TC2) and Target Condition 3 (TC3) by digitizing quality systems, modernizing Built-In Quality tools, and deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that enable proactive defect prevention and operational excellence. This role directly supports the factory's Zero Defect vision through the integration of digital technologies into the BIQ ecosystem.
