Building Systems Technician - Preventive Maintenance

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and support energy management under supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Certificate in M&E with 1–2 years of relevant experience, can follow procedures, and communicate clearly while adhering to safety regulations.
