Building Surveyor Bakewell, Derbyshire £35,412 to £38,220 per annum The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the Peak District National Park Authority. Working within a small, busy team based in Bakewell, you will play a key role in delivering an ambitious programme of capital projects across one of the most varied and distinctive public sector estates in the country - from North Lees and Warslow Moors to the Monsal, Tissington and High Peak Trails, National Park Centres and operational properties across the Park. You will take an active role across a varied and ambitious capital programme, contributing your own design thinking to new projects alongside the full range of building surveying work, from condition surveys through to procurement and contract management.
