Building Superintendent

POSITION OVERVIEW

Multi-Residential Superintendents are a key part of our management team. Reporting to the Multi-Residential Supervisor, they are responsible for the day-to-day operation of a multi-unit residential building. Duties include, but are not limited to, repairing and maintaining units, promoting and maintaining company policies, maintaining a clean building, performing inspections, solving tenants’ issues and assisting contractors. The ideal candidate has superior handyman ability combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

The Building Superintendents are responsible for unit repairs. Contractors are used when the repair is out of the Superintendent’s scope. Minor and routine repairs and maintenance run the gamut of residential repair practices that includes electrical, plumbing, hvac, drywall, painting, tiling and mechanical repairs, both interior and exterior.
