The Building Substitute Teacher serves as an integral member of the school community, providing consistent instructional coverage and classroom management in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The Building Substitute ensures continuity of instruction, maintains a positive learning environment, and supports the academic and social-emotional growth of all students.
