Under direction of the Branch Manager of the Building Standards Branch of the Efficiency Division, the incumbent independently performs, and may also lead, the varied, complex, technical, and analytical work required to respond to legislative and other requests related to the state’s building energy codes and Assembly Bill (AB) 368 (2025-2026) requiring the Commission to submit a report to the Legisla...
