Building Staff / Driver Reliever

Job Description

• Sanitize and clean company properties (e.g., restrooms, lobby, elevators, etc.)
• Comply with company health and safety protocols
• Enforce house rules (report any observed violations)
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed
• Report any necessary repairs or replacements
• Assist with administrative client support (tenants)
• Serve as a laundry driver reliever
• Serve as a liaison for external dealings

Minimum Qualifications

• Good communication (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety is a plus
• Highly skilled in cleaning rooms, lobbies, and other interior and exterior areas
• Ability to maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies
• Team player with strong motivation and conflict resolution skills
