Amazon is seeking a Buildings Services Manager to join the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in Mexico. The Buildings Services Manager will have a high work capacity while being detail-oriented and agile to manage business changes and drive initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network — leading root cause analysis of electrical incidents, governing preventive maintenance programs for power distribution systems, and partnering with utility companies and vendors to improve power quality and reduce downtime.
Manage electrical energy indicators — monitoring consumption, contracted vs. actual demand, power factor, power quality (harmonics, voltage variations, transients), and costs per site — identifying deviations, proposing corrective actions, and directing energy efficiency initiatives across the network.
