Building Services Maintenance Electrician

Within our Facilities Management division, the Southeast Core team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites - as an Electrician. Within the team, you will be expected to provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance to a range of commercial installations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive calls, carry out first fix where possible and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible, ensuring minimum downtime.
• Carry out all planned maintenance tasks as per program and keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
