Our customer are one of the leading FM and HVAC services providers in the UK and with global coverage, who seek a Contract Manager to run one of their long-held accounts for a large Museum based close to Oxford Street in Central London. This organisation are responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to electrical, mechanical and general building services systems within this building, man-management of a team of multi-skilled engineers, support staff as well as liaison with specialist contractors to deliver a 5* service. Guideline salary for this position is up to £68,000 for the right individual, while package comprises of a car allowance (£5,000) as well as a discretionary bonus of up to 20%, as well as a standard company pension.
