Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Package
Location: Oxford / Oxfordshire Region
A well-established, family-owned regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager to support the continued growth of its Oxfordshire region. The business has a long-standing reputation across the South of England for delivering high-quality construction projects across a broad range of sectors. Their workload includes education,mercial, leisure, healthcare, heritage, public sector, refurbishment and new build schemes, with projects ranging from smaller specialist works through to moreplex multi-million-pound developments.
This is a senior regional role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of MEP strategy, preconstruction input and building services delivery across a varied pipeline of projects.
