Overview of the role We are currently recruiting for a Projects Surveyor to join a leading Housing Association's Major Fire Projects Team, supporting the delivery of critical building safety and fire compliance programmes across a large residential property portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Surveyor or Project Manager with a background in fire safety, compliance, capital works or major projects to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion. You will play a key role in delivering fire safety improvements, managing contractors and consultants, monitoring budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest standards.
