Anunderstandingofbuildingsafetycaseprinciples,buildingcontrolprocessesandresidentengagementrequirements,alongsidetheroleoftheBuildingSafetyRegulatorandlocalauthoritygovernanceframeworks. Atleastthreeyearsrelevantexperience,havingdevelopedandmanagedBuildingSafety. Itisessentialthatcandidateshavethebelowotherwisetheywillberejected.
