About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Building Plumber to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Building Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the plumbing systems in our commercial and residential properties, ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our buildings.

What you'll be doing

1. Diagnose and repair any issues with the plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
2. Install new plumbing components and equipment as needed
3. Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks on the plumbing systems
4. Respond to emergency plumbing calls and address issues in a timely manner
5. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate plumbing-related work
6. Maintain accurate records of all plumbing work performed
7. Adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
