The Mullings Group is seeking a skilled Building Operator to manage commercial property operations in Calgary, Alberta. This role covers maintenance and management within a structured weekday schedule.
The selected candidate will report to the Facilities Manager and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems function efficiently. With a strong focus on compliance with Alberta regulations, you will also coordinate vendor activities and oversee a range of technical systems critical for tenant comfort. Successful applicants will leverage their hands-on experience in building systems management.
