STATUS: Temporary (Maternity leave replacement). Job posting number: 1460. Posting period: Indeterminate. Salary: Class 11 from $95,439.65 to $125,540.32 per year. Schedule: 33.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30. Working mode: Hybrid. Work location: Administration Buildings, parks and public spaces, 2550 Industrial Blvd, Laval, H7S 2G7.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate studies and analyses of projects related to ventilation, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and refrigeration of the Citys buildings.
• In certain projects, seal plans and specifications in accordance with the provisions, laws, and regulations of the Ordre des ingnieurs du Qubec.
• Collaborate in the implementation and execution of work carried out under contract, in management, and in direct administration.
• Coordinate and ensure the technical and administrative link between the project owner and service management.
