Building Manager – Beorma Tower, Birmingham
The Building Manager will take overall ownership and responsibility for the management and delivery of facilities services at Beorma Tower, a mixed‑use development in Digbeth, Birmingham. Primary duties include health & safety, technical services, soft services, building fabric, service charges and occupancy fit‑outs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and continuously review the facilities services strategy to achieve best‑in‑practice delivery.
- Manage the external envelope of the residential development and supply M&E and soft services where applicable.
- Identify and raise building issues through the warranty process and liaise with the development team.
- Act as the client’s advisor on all facility matters, building a network of experts and delivering industry best practice.
