Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of building facilities and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems as well as carrying out minor civil repair works to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You Will Do
Responsible for completing Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and coordinating special projects as assigned.
Perform general building repair works including replacing damaged ceilings, wall painting, plumbing repairs, and other related maintenance tasks.
Carry out general electrical troubleshooting for lighting systems, turnstiles, and other building-related electrical equipment.
Inspect buildings and facilities to ensure systems are functioning properly and identify any malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
