Building Maintenance Technician

A Building Maintenance worker (often called a Maintenance Technician, Repair Technician, or Facility Maintenance Specialist) is responsible for keeping a property safe, functional, clean, and in good physical condition. They handle a mix of preventive upkeep, routine inspections, and emergency repairs.

Depending on the size of the company, this role can either be a generalist (handling a bit of everything) or a specialist focusing on a specific trade.
