Building Maintenance Manager

We are one of premium property company in Indonesia, currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Building Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to oversee building maintenance operations within a premium commercial property environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, safety, and optimal performance of all engineering and maintenance systems, while leading maintenance teams and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all maintenance activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
