A well-established building contractor is seeking an experienced Building Foreman to join its construction team on high-end residential developments in the Paarl area Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and labour teams.
- Ensure projects are completed according to programme, quality standards, and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor workmanship and quality control throughout all construction phases.
- Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Minimum Requirements: - Minimum 5 years' experience as a Building Foreman on residential housing developments.
