Building Engineer

The Building Engineer is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and reliability of the building's engineering systems and equipment. The role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection, HVAC, and other building facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards, local regulations, and client requirements. The Building Engineer also supervises technical personnel and coordinates with contractors to maintain excellent building operations and tenant satisfaction.
